    Thanks for starting 30 days program. I watched both day 1 and 2 workouts and postponing it to next day due to extreme laziness. Before going to bed somehow I convinced myself and managed to finish both day1 and day2 all in one go. Only one question I have is what affect can the workout make if I do it before going to bed.

    Great way to begin the day. This is my first exercise for the day. After work, I will do the another. I enjoy using weights, and so, I used 3lbs and it was doable. Feeling wonderful, now off to get ready for work. The awesome thing about this workout is that it can be done during lunch.
