    this exercise really work lovehandles. i did it for 2weeks n i could see its work.as we r having Ramadan month so m a lil inconsistent with it but otherwise they r perfect.thought after 3 days i wont have heavy breath while doing it as my body might have gotten used to it but even after almost 2 weeks i have a laboured breath πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

  4. although its only five minutes or so, it sure is a killer
    did it my first time today and I can already see changes, can't wait to see how i look in a week
    I'm so out of breath right now hehe

  10. I don't usually comment on videos but I've been doing this for a week now I do it two times a day with a fifteen minute break between them combined with me eating healthier I'm seeing a big difference !!

  11. I don't think this workout ir for abs, it's more for legs, because my legs is burning not abs:(
